Flight Booking, Cancellation, and Refunds

  • Intermediary Role: Tripify acts as an intermediary between users and airlines. All airline terms and conditions apply to users.
  • Flight Changes: Airlines may alter or cancel flights without prior notice. Tripifyr is not responsible for any resulting issues.
  • Baggage Allowance: Luggage allowances are determined by airlines. Some fares may not include checked baggage.
  • Code-Share Flights: If a flight is operated by a partner airline, users will be notified accordingly.
  • Infant Pricing: Infant fares apply to children under 24 months for the entire journey.
  • Documentation: Users must ensure they have all necessary documentation for travel.
  • Check-In Timings: Users are responsible for confirming check-in timings with airlines.
  • Reservation Changes: Changes must be made according to airline policies. Additional charges may apply.
  • Refunds: Refunds are subject to airline policies and may take up to 90 days to process.
  • Convenience Fee: The convenience fee paid to Tripifyr at the time of booking is non-refundable.
  • Handling Fee: Tripifyr applies a handling fee of ₹400 per passenger per sector for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • No-Show Fee: A standard no-show fee of ₹400 per passenger per sector applies for domestic flights.
  • Promo Discounts: Promo discounts are forfeited upon cancellation and will not be refunded.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be initiated within 15-20 working days, subject to receiving the corresponding refund from the respective vendor.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the same mode of payment used at the time of booking.

Hotel, Bus, and Charter Bookings

  • Hotel Check-In: Hotels have the right to deny check-in for various reasons, including over-booking or unavailability.
  • Hotel Responsibility: Tripifyr’s responsibility is limited to offering alternative accommodation or reimbursing the booking amount.
  • Bus Tickets: Bus tickets can be cancelled through the website or mobile app, subject to cancellation fees.
  • Charter Flights: Changes to charter flights are subject to the charter company’s charges.
